SwimBikeRunBeer was born out of a need to better balance Ironman training with being a real human that has a mild obsession with craft beer and other fun things.
About Kalyn: I live in Boston with my husband and adorable dog (you’ll see her featured in many of my blog posts). My family owns Common Roots Brewing Company in Upstate, NY. I work in healthcare 9-5, train before the suns up, drink beer whenever it’s socially okay to start on any given day, and support the women’s endurance community IRACELIKEAGIRL with most of my free time in between.
